Open Nicely, tap the gear on the Today tab, then Manage subscription, then Restore purchases. On the plan screen the same thing is the "I already subscribed" link. If that does not work, email us the Apple receipt number from your confirmation email.
Apple handles both. To cancel: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Nicely, Cancel Subscription. For a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Nicely cannot cancel or refund on your behalf.
Open the iOS Settings app, then General, Keyboard, Keyboards, Add New Keyboard, and choose Nicely. Tap Nicely and turn on Allow Full Access so the keyboard can rewrite in place. Without it the keyboard offers "Open Nicely" and you rewrite in the app instead.
Nicely needs iOS 26 or later. On phones with Apple Intelligence, rewriting and summaries run on the phone. On phones without it, Nicely asks before sending anything: you can choose secure cloud rewriting (your draft is processed in memory and not stored) or continue without rewriting. Inbound summaries and everything else still work.
Nicely cannot read your Messages app, and iOS gives no app that ability. Message filters only receive SMS and MMS from numbers that are not saved in your Contacts, and never iMessage. You can paste a message into the Messages tab, silence the contact with a Focus and read the summary, let the iOS filter hold texts from a number you removed from Contacts, or connect your phones if your co-parent also uses Nicely (both of you need a plan).
Yes, between two phones that are paired in Nicely. Photos are encrypted on your phone and sent in pieces, and the other phone checks they are intact. Photos are not sent through the optional Relay number or by SMS.
If your phone was restored from a backup or replaced, the keys that protect a pairing may be gone. Nicely tells you, and the safe fix is to unpair and pair again in person. If Unpair cannot reach the server because the keys are gone, Nicely offers to remove the connection from this phone. Your co-parent's phone may keep trying to send until they unpair too.
No. Saved expenses, calendar entries, moments and sent messages are permanent on purpose, so your record can be trusted. If something is wrong, add a correction. You can export a signed record at any time from Settings.
